2010 WCM Awards

Together with the WCM Award for Leadership, WCM is celebrating its 15th anniversary by recognizing members of the financial community with two new commemorative awards:  The WCM Rising Star Award and The WCM Visionary Award.

Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program offers career guidance to new members of the capital markets industry.  Experienced mentors share their advice and perspectives with protégées through monthly one-on-one meetings over a one-year period. 

Executive Coaching Awards Program 
Designed to help experienced women in capital markets to advance their careers, this scholarship-like program provides formal career coaching and development services for qualified, senior women working in the industry. 

HLM Judy Project
Created by some of Canada's senior women executives in partnership with the Rotman School of Management, the Judy Project was designed to advance more women into CEO positions and build stronger organizations.
