WCM and Catalyst launched “Women and Men in Canadian Capital Markets: An Action Plan for Gender Diversity” at a luncheon on Wednesday, May 30, 2012.
Martha Fell (CEO, WCM), Deborah Gillis (Senior Vice President, Membership & Global Operations, Catalyst), and senior executives from six of Canada’s largest financial institutions attended the launch of this new guidebook titled “Women and Men in Canadian Capital Markets: An Action Plan for Gender Diversity”.
This guidebook highlights best practices used by both banks and companies outside of the financial industry in successfully attracting, advancing, and retaining top talent from the widest range of prospects. The guidebook will also be valuable to women professionals across the industry, helping them to maximize their own efforts in advancing within their firms.
Six of Canada’s largest financial institutions participated in roundtable discussions to help determine the most effective strategies for the capital markets. We value and appreciate their commitment and contribution.
