Guests will savour dishes prepared by Anne Yarymowich, executive chef of the Art Gallery of Ontario, and an exclusive group of Toronto’s top female chefs.   This elite group includes Esther Benaim of Great Cooks on Eight, a leading culinary centre located on the eighth floor of the Bay Queen Street; Dinah Koo of Koo & Co, a culinary trendsetter and long a fixture on Toronto’s restaurant and culinary scene; and returning favorites, Mrs. Amar Patel of The Indian Rice Factory and Dufflet Rosenberg of Dufflet Pastries.

Vinifera 2010 also features Anne Martin, a certified sommelier with over 15 years experience. Anne, also a qualified chef, was Toronto’s first female sommelier. Anne will share her passion for wine at a presentation beginning at 6:30pm. She will be on hand later in the evening to mingle with guests and share her insights on wine pairing.

The evening also features Christine Cushing who brings her show Fearless in the Kitchen to the event.  Christine Cushing, a top chef and host of W Network and Viva's 1/2 hour transformational cooking series, Fearless in the Kitchen will guide her novice apprentice through the steps of preparing canapés for the large cocktail party.

Guests will delight in the cuisine of our celebrated chefs paired with outstanding wines among the splendour of specially designed canopied food and wine stations. The wines are supplied by Le Sommelier, PMA Canada and Cave Springs. Bar service will include Pravda vodka provided by Halpern Wine Enterprises and Molson Canadian 67 provided by Molson Coors Canada.
