DELEE FROMM, who is both a lawyer and a psychologist, has taught and coached to critical acclaim for over 22 years.

She is a recognized leading expert in the arena of negotiation and, through her consulting firm Fromm & Goodhand, has designed and facilitated workshops on negotiation, conflict resolution, leadership and gender dynamics for international corporations, banks and organizations including IBM, Kraft, Bell, Hoffman-LaRoche, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Oxford Capital Partners, Inc., Scotiabank, Royal Bank of Canada, TD Financial Group, North American Association of Educational Negotiators (NAEN), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), CREIT Management Limited, Canadian Medical Association, and Women’s Executive Network.
