Did you opt out of the Canadian capital markets industry? Experienced, high-calibre professional women who have opted out, represent one of the most important untapped sources of talent. Programs that provide these women with an opportunity to update their skills and introduce them to a network of peers, can provide the support they need to transition back into the industry.
WCM’s Return to Bay Street Program (RTBS) has two aspects:
- Annual Conference designed to educate and support women considering a return to Bay Street
- Annual Award which includes an educational grant and a four-month internship program
To be eligible for the WCM RTBS Award, we invite you to attend the WCM RTBS Conference taking place on Monday April 28, 2014 from 9:00 am - 3:00pm at Scotia Plaza, 40 King Street West, Toronto in the Ratcliffe Room located on the 63rd Floor.
